Let’s start
the conversation.

Whether you have a question, want to discuss your goals or are ready to take the first step, I’d like to hear from you.

Questions people often ask

What happens in the first conversation?

We talk about where you are, what you want to change, and whether the support I offer is a good fit. There is no pressure to start a package on the call.

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes. Support is available online, in person in Eastleigh and surrounding areas, or as a hybrid if that suits you better.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Say that on the form. We can work it out together. Most people do not arrive with a tidy label for what they need.

Do you work with people experiencing mental health difficulties?

Yes, through exercise, lifestyle and behaviour-change support informed by mental health nursing experience. This is not a standalone mental health treatment service. If you need clinical mental health care, that belongs with the appropriate team, and I will say so.

Do you work with people with medical conditions?

Where it is appropriate and within current scope, yes — with GP or specialist input when needed. A completed Clinical Exercise Physiology service is not available yet; that is being developed through the MSc.

What are your current qualifications and what are you studying?

I have more than a decade of personal training experience, I am a qualified mental health nurse, and I am currently an MSc student in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Verified certificates, memberships and insurance wording will be published once supplied.

Exercise, education and lifestyle support from DD Performance & Wellness is not a substitute for medical treatment, prescribed medication or specialist mental health care. Where support beyond this scope is needed, referral and multidisciplinary working are the right next step.
